Vijay (aka Joseph Vijay) is a Tamil playback singer and actor. As a child actor, he played a variety of minor uncredited roles in films directed by his father, S. A. Chandrasekhar. Following Thirumalai, he started behaving in a stereotypical way, similar to Rajinikanth and M. G. Ramachandran.
Vijay has recently established himself as a charismatic film star, and as a result, he has amassed a sizable fan base. He is one of the highest-paid actors in Tamil cinema, and he is known as Thalapathy by fans and the media.
S. A. Chandrasekhar, a film producer and director, and Shoba Chandrasekhar, a playback singer, gave birth to Joseph Vijay Chandrasekhar on June 22, 1974. Vidhya Chandrasekhar, his younger sibling, died when he was two years old. Sukran was a film that depicted Vidhya Chandrasekhar’s storey. Career
Vijay’s first role was in a drama, and he continued to work as a child artist in films until his father, S. A. Chandrasekhar, directed Ithu Engal Neethi. Vijay made his acting debut in his father’s film Naalaya Theerpu in 1992, and then he co-starred in Sendhoorapandi with Vijayakanth.
