Vera Miles was born in Boise City, Oklahoma, on August 23, 1929, to Thomas and Bernice Ralston. She was the youngest of three siblings. She was born and raised in Pratt, Kansas, before moving to Wichita. she reprised in the 1983 sequel Psycho II.
