Shay Carl was born on March 5, 1980, to Carl and Laurie Butler in Logan, Utah. His age is 40 years old. He’s the eldest of four children and has two brothers and one sister. The household moved to Phoenix, Arizona so that Shay’s father could go to school as an electrical engineer. Shay went to Idaho State University but quit college to begin working.
Friends have always been a source of encouragement for Shay. He fulfilled with his lady love when he was 21 years old through a friend. Shay’s would-be wife, Collette Crofts, was playing with the character of a classy night club singer in the drama. Colette rejected the proposal because she was awaiting her ex-boyfriend to come back from a trip overseas and couldn’t make up her mind. At one stage the vlogger weighed 136 kg. Afraid of a heart attack at a young age, Shay started to shed weight and dropped over 50 kg in a year.
