Sean Hannity is the host of the Sean Hannity Show, a conservative talk radio program. Every weekday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET, the program is live-streamed. Hannity’s show is produced in the New York City studios of radio station WOR and occasionally broadcast via ISDN from his home on Centre Island, New York. Premiere Networks, an iHeartMedia subsidiary, is now syndicating the show on terrestrial radio affiliates across the country, Sirius XM Patriot channel 125, and the American Forces Network’s AFN 360 PowerTalk and The Voice channels. The show’s main focus is on current events, with interviews with liberal and conservative commentators. With millions of listeners, The Sean Hannity Show is only second to The Rush Limbaugh Show, which ended its run in 2021 after Limbaugh’s death.
On September 10, 2001, one day before the September 11 attacks, the ABC Radio Networks began syndicating the show. WSB in Atlanta, Georgia (third hour delayed two hours), KFYI in Phoenix, Arizona, WOKV in Jacksonville, Florida, WDTK in Detroit, WCBM in Baltimore, Maryland, and WKRC in Cincinnati, Ohio are among the stations that broadcast the show. Citadel Broadcasting, which purchased the ABC Radio networks in 2006, broadcasts the show in most markets.
In the late 1980s, Hannity began his radio show as a volunteer broadcaster for KCSB-FM, the radio station of the University of California, Santa Barbara. Following a contentious AIDS interview in which he insulted a lesbian caller, he was fired from the station in 1989. Hannity’s show would later air on WVNN in Athens, Alabama, and NewsRadio WGST in Atlanta, Georgia.

All non-Citadel-owned stations, including Clear Channel-owned stations, would be handled by Premiere Radio, which would also handle ad sales and distribution. In a separate agreement, Hannity had already reached out to about 80 Clear Channel stations. For special circumstances, the two networks would cooperate.
