Digerati stated on September 24, 2019 that it expected to complete the acquisition in approximately ninety (90) days, subject to FCC regulatory approval. The FCC regulatory approval process is ongoing and is expected to continue through January 2020, prolonging the Company’s previously stated anticipated schedule for completion.
The merger of Digerati’s operating subsidiary, T3 Communications, Inc.
